Founding GCM Advisory Cohort — 25 seats
Help shape the clinical oversight layer GCMs need between visits.
CareJournal Hub is inviting a balanced group of GCM leaders to help define the Command Center: clear caseload visibility, structured family coordination, and the daily context that deserves professional review.
Built to support your judgment—not replace it.
Limited to 25 founding advisors nationwide. Selected for workflow fit and cohort balance.

Participation terms
A meaningful role, with clear boundaries.
The cohort is a structured co-design opportunity. We want candid input about workflow, terminology, priorities, and adoption barriers—not promotion.
Baseline founding advisor
One 60-minute virtual discovery/orientation session and two brief feedback activities over the development cycle. You will receive defined beta/practice access subject to final program terms. Beta/practice access is subject to final program terms, including execution of a Business Associate Agreement before any client information is entered.
Optional deeper tester
A voluntary subset of advisors may later be invited to additional usability work. Any fixed honorarium would be separately documented for defined research work only—not referrals, usage, or positive feedback.
What is not required
- No client referrals or enrollment.
- No client data, PHI, or case details.
- No endorsements, reviews, or social promotion.
- You may withdraw at any time.
Questions, answered
Before you apply.
Is this a referral or affiliate program?
No. This is an advisory-and-co-design cohort. Participation is not contingent on referrals, client enrollment, recommendations, testimonials, reviews, or social promotion.
Does Corporate Partner status mean ALCA endorses CJH?
No. CJH may accurately state its Corporate Partner status when current and approved for use, but that status does not mean ALCA endorses, certifies, recommends, or sponsors CJH or this cohort.
What does founding beta mean?
The Command Center is still being developed and validated. Features, timing, and access terms may change as we learn from advisors, and CJH will be clear about what is available at each stage.
How does compensation work?
The core cohort provides defined beta/practice access and direct roadmap influence. Any separate fixed honorarium for deeper usability work would be documented separately and never tied to referrals, sales, client use, or positive feedback.
Will I be asked to share PHI or client details?
No. Please do not submit, upload, discuss, or demonstrate client-identifying information or protected health information. CJH will provide non-identifying scenarios for research and testing.
What happens if the first 25 seats fill?
Qualified applicants may be invited to a reserve list or notified about a future research group. Selection is based on fit and maintaining a balanced cohort—not willingness to promote CJH.
